A single photo lies. Six months of photos tells the truth. My practice is built around the long arc — first session before the program starts, then every four weeks until the goal is met. What emerges isn't a portrait. It's a record.
I work with lifters, runners, fighters, dancers, and ordinary people choosing to do something hard. The subjects vary. The discipline doesn't. We document the start. We document the work. We document the version of you that nobody else got to meet yet.
